COVID-19 Delivery Updates - precautions to keep you safe

We are taking extra precautions to minimise the risk of transfer of the virus and keep you safe when ordering. Whilst the risk of transfer in this way appears to very low we want you to be sure we're doing everything we can do eliminate that risk.

Information currently suggests that this virus can exist on cardboard and hard surfaces for up to 24 hours.

Our staff are taking extra hygiene precautions in handling and packaging orders safely, but we are also taking extra measures when shipping your order.

  • Packages will wait at least 48 hours after being packaged before being sent
  • We will check any returns after 48 hours for the same

Additionally we have some extra advice for you upon receiving your delivery.

  • Our delivery drivers have been trained to observe adequate distance from you on delivery. You should expect this and feel free to request more space should you require it.
  • On receipt of the item, wipe the box with a disinfectant agent or leave for at least 24hrs before handling and opening. Our usual 24 hour inspection window is now extended to 48 hours.

Throughout this, your safety is our top priority. Your order may take slightly longer to reach you during this time due to our extra precautions - but we would rather be safe than sorry in these unique circumstances. 

Your order from Unique Arts will reach you days or weeks before our competitors.

Our unique supply chain means that instead of waiting the typical 3-4 weeks for delivery – you can receive your mirror in 7-10 daysAnd yes, your mirror is still handmade by our skilled artist.

Sometimes, when stock is low it can take up to 14 days to deliver. We will notify you if we expect any delay in dispatching your mirror and you'll still receive faster than any competitor can offer.

We use a specialist courier to ensure that your mirror reaches you in perfect condition

Every product in our catalogue includes free delivery to the UK mainland but delivery to non-UK mainland destinations are subject to a £10 delivery charge. Choose “Non Standard Delivery” at the checkout.

Delivery outside the UK

We deliver to countries in Europe for a fixed price of £25. We do not offer free returns on items delivered outside of mainland UK.

If something goes wrong...

We use a specialist courier for dispatching our mirrors, so breakages are very rare.

But in some circumstances, it can happen. If the outer packaging for your mirror is broken or damaged in any way let the courier know immediately and sign for the box as damaged.

The courier won't tell us right away so we need to know about damaged packages straight away, so be sure to email within 24 hours of receiving it.

Mirrors can be broken by careless handling and fitting so we cannot accept claims for damaged mirrors after 24 hours.
